The policy of ISO14001 : 2004Environment Management System(EMS)
“Protecting Environment, Sustainable Management”

The purpose of this policy is to give all employees of our company a direction, which is to keep the concept of environmental protection in their mind all the time, so that we would accordingly conform to the requirements of law, prevent the pollution, save natural resource and continue the environmental improvements. All staff should always remember that a company operating rooted with protecting environment shall keep sustainable momentum of its business, and has the proper social responsibility and obligation on this field.

Through continued education and training, all of our company would understand the meaning of this policy, and treat it as a compass on work. This policy is our guarantee to take our most efforts on fulfilling the requirement of environmental law, pursuing the greatest result on environmental protection and undertaking the proper social responsibility. We also set up specific goals for this environmental protection policy, which we can endeavor accordingly for a sustainable management.

In order to practice what we mentioned above, we have established a system complied ISO 14001:2004 standards. This system is applied to all units in our company and all other relative people.

VEDAN promises to carry out the following concrete measures for fulfilling our environmental policies:

  1. Comply or even exceed relative laws and/or standard requirements.
  2. Company activities will base on related principles of personal safety, environmental protection and resource saving.
  3. Under feasible techniques, we will reduce discharging of production wastes (vapor, water etc.) as possible.
  4. Engagement of recycling and reusing for reducing material consumption and minimizing the wastes.
  5. Use Green Procurement policy to influence or aware suppliers to reduce negative impact to the environment.
  6. Keep training employees to comprehend concepts of “Environment safety and Health” through training courses, and relative activities.
  7. Periodically audit the above related project schedules and its performance, which immediately correct any defect or lag to accomplish continued improvement.
